The team of RealDeal may announce the second deal of the year: A residential and commercial building in the medium-sized town of Uelzen was brokered. The property on Bahnhofstraße, in a prime location in the pedestrian zone, has a long-term lease with Bijou Brigitte and generates a gross rental yield of 6.5%. The Hanseatic city of Uelzen, which is rather unknown in investor circles, is once again a prime example of a high-yield, healthy and sustainable medium-sized city. The buyer of the property is a local family office, which is further expanding its real estate portfolio in Lower Saxony with the purchase.
