We operate throughout the whole of Germany. Regardless of the city, there are no “too small houses” for us. Our team is able to broker the most diverse volumes. The individual volumes of the fiscal year 2021, for example, can be quantified from 520,000 € to 20,000,000 €.

By choosing Düsseldorf as the location for our office, we are centrally and conveniently located and are well connected to the national transport system.


Our Services

As an owner-managed real estate brokerage company in Düsseldorf, we personally take care of your property. You have a fixed contact person and the entire team knows the progress of the purchase or sale of your property.


We focus on commercial real estate in the pedestrian zones of small, medium and large German cities. Our particular strength lies in our large network of private investors and family offices worldwide. In addition to high-street properties, we also handle sales of multi-family houses, retail properties and hotels.


We purchase residential and commercial properties for our own portfolio as well as, on an exclusive basis, for selected family offices. In this context, we prepare a detailed analysis for the purchase decision. Our current purchasing profile can be found on our website under "Purchasing".


A wide range of owner inquiries related to new leases, renovations and maintenance or sales are strategically addressed, allowing us to provide competent and informed expertise.

We are a young, dynamic company in the real estate industry based in Düsseldorf. We handle real estate transactions in small, medium and large cities throughout Germany and act as consultants for various investments. The company was found in October 2019.

Personal conversation

In a real estate transaction, personal contact with our clients is our first priority. In a casual conversation we evaluate if and how a business relationship can be established.



After the conversation we work out a well-founded object analysis, respectively a sales strategy. Then we create a list of customers and approach them in consultation.



We take over as many tasks as possible during the entire transaction. We are happy to accompany you from the purchase price determination to the completion of the notary appointment and remain in contact even after the transaction.

Thomas Oevermann has been extremely successful in the real estate industry for many years. For 6 years, he accompanied an impressive transaction volume of more than 70 million euros as an employee. Then, at the end of 2019, he seized the opportunity and ascended to the management of the newly founded RealDeal GmbH. Thomas’ greatest strength is his extensive network that he has built up with his professional experience. Fast, silent and uncomplicated transactions are his top priority, while he always pays attention to the well-being of his customers.

Marius Dick joined the company at the beginning of 2020.

Marius has a design science background, which adds to the multi-faceted nature of RealDeal.

He is responsible for research work, location and property analysis, as well as the creation of sales strategies.

Marius’ greatest strength is negotiation and the straightforward handling of a project.
