Düsseldorf-based Real Deal GmbH, which specializes in commercial real estate, has brokered the Wöhrl department store in downtown Augsburg to a local family office as part of an off-market transaction. The property, built in 1958, has a total floor space of approximately 8,173 sqm, which is used by Wöhrl and Douglas. The seller of the property is Aachener Grundvermögen Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH from Cologne – the purchase price is in the range of approx. 20 million euros.
