A real estate company from Baden-Württemberg has acquired the connected commercial buildings Zöllnerstraße 3-4 in Celle from Aachener Grundvermögen from Cologne. The properties offer a total of approx. 257 sqm of retail space and are leased on a long-term basis to the retailers Apollo Optik and Engbers. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
