For the first time in the company’s history, RealDeal has brokered a commercial property.
The 9,800 sqm site is one of the last vacant areas of the #StarPark industrial estate on Orionstraße in Halle (Saale), directly on the A14 motorway. Companies such as Amazon, Schaeffler, Flaconi and DHL have already established large-scale operations here.
With this purchase, the buyer, a South German investor, is beginning to establish its “WavePark” commercial concept in Germany. The concept primarily offers small and medium-sized companies modular work and office space in strategically valuable locations. With the direct Auobahn connection, the Halle and Leipzig metropolitan areas can be reached in a very short time. Leipzig Airport is only 15 minutes away.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
