Kristensten Invest GmbH, which has been active in the market for many years and has offices in Delmenhorst and Berlin, has acquired two properties in Delmenhorst – Lange Straße 26 and 101 – from a family office from Baden-Württemberg, thus further expanding its portfolio in Delmenhorst. The properties have a total floor space of approximately 1,125 sqm and are to be developed. Düsseldorf-based RealDeal GmbH acted as intermediary, and the parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
